Fabulous Fall Foods



White Chicken Chili

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 cans of white meat chicken, broken apart
2 cans of chicken broth
3 cans of white beans(cannellini, great northern, navy)
1 small can of chopped green chilies 
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano 
1 teaspoon chili powder
Saute' onion in oil.
Add all ingredients to crock pot and simmer on low for 4-6 hours. Grated Mexican cheese is good added to your bowl.

Sorry I have no photo of the soup but it is one I make quite often for my family. It freezes well.
